The Owens boats was a subsidiary of Owens Yacht Co. and they marketed their runabout line as “Speedships”. The 22’ deluxe cruiser offered top-notch quality for a great value. This all-plastic kit includes white plastic with chrome parts and a pre-cut clear sheet for windows.
